Program Manager

Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Operation Leader at makeO toothsi aligners located in Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales and Operation Leader will be responsible for managing the sales team, daily operations, training, sales management, and last mile logistics. The Sales and Operation Leader will report to senior management.

Requirements

8+ Years of experience in sales & operations with the following

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and team members.

Should have done central / pan india role for managing a vertical or Category , P & L etc.

Proven track record of successful sales in edtech, fintech, FMCG, Pharma , telecom.

Experience and ability to train and manage sales team.

Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.

Strong leadership and people management skills

Masters s degree in Business Administration preferable

Immediate joiners preferred
