Job Description

As part of the LiveOps team, the role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance, and optimizing strategies to enhance player experiences. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with the overall strategy and contribute to the success of our gaming products.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage player acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns (including emails, push notifications, in-app campaigns, and more).
Develop limited-time offers, promotions, and seasonal content to drive player activity and monetization.
Use data insights to optimize campaigns and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with Analytics, Product, and Design teams to integrate campaigns seamlessly.
Run A/B tests, track key metrics, and deliver actionable results.
Maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely execution of events.
Develop limited-time offers, promotions, and seasonal content to drive player activity and monetization.

What we are looking for:

3+ years of experience in mobile gaming marketing or campaign management. LiveOps experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of player acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies.
Experience with campaign management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Clevertap, AppsFlyer).
A/B testing and data-driven decision-making experience.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Passion for mobile gaming and a deep understanding of player behavior.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with using Tableau dashboards and leveraging data to make campaign decisions is a plus.
