Lead Software Engineer - Server Side Component (6-12 yrs)

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Platform / Server) to join our growing team in Bangalore. You'll be at the forefront of shaping the technical direction of our platform, supporting the growth of our core business, and venturing into new and exciting domains.

Role & Responsibilities :

As the Lead Software Engineer (Platform / Server) - you'll report to our Director of Engineering and spearhead the technical vision and strategy for the Platform / Server organization. Your role involves shaping the technical direction for our engineering org, supporting the growth of our core business, and venturing into new exciting domains.

Key Qualifications :

- 6+ years of professional experience in Golang (Go) and/or Java.

- Strong proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or similar container orchestration technologies.

- Solid experience with distributed systems, caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis, Memcached), and

relational databases.

- Experience building low-latency, high-performance applications in real-time systems.

- Experience in the gaming industry is preferred, but we also welcome those with a passion for working on services that power games (e.g., Unity experience).

- Able to work in-office in Bangalore, India, 5 days a week.
