Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing the entire studio as a profit center. He/ She will be in co-ordination with the central marketing and central merchandising teams

- Ensuring sales and margins as per agreed budgets.

- Training, motivating and managing performance of team members.

- Responsible for Visual Merchandising and mystery shopping scores at the store

- Establishing relations and networking with customers through high standards of customer service with a personalized approach

- Keeping updated on new products, brand developments and industry news.

- Ensuring that operations stay in accordance with SOPs & ICP.

- Be the administrative in-charge of the store.
