About the Role:
We are seeking a Retail Head to lead sales, operations, and expansion efforts across our Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) in India. This role will focus on driving revenue growth, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring profitability while managing end-to-end retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retail Sales & Operations: Oversee and optimize retail store performance to maximize sales and efficiency.
- Strategic Expansion: Identify and establish new retail locations, ensuring sustainable business growth.
- Store Expansion: Lead the expansion strategy by identifying high-potential locations, negotiating leases, and ensuring smooth store openings.
- P&L Management: Control overhead costs, optimize profitability, and conduct regular financial reviews.
- Customer Experience & Engagement: Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with marketing teams for ATL and BTL campaigns to drive footfall.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Maintain optimal stock levels and minimize losses.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing retail team.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in luxury retail, beauty, and personal care sales & operations.
- Expertise in P&L management, inventory control, and new store development.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth, improve KPIs, and optimize store performance.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
