Relationship Manager - Corporate & Institutional Banking
Job Description:
- Source new business opportunities and prospects among existing and NTB clients.
- Manage the existing portfolio of clients and work towards increasing the share of wallet.
- Conduct thorough credit assessments and monitor credit performance of the clients.
- Ensure NIL overdue, minimal exceptions and NIL slippages for the portfolio.
- Work with all product teams to ensure a good client experience and increase cross-sell.
- Work with various ops teams to ensure a smooth transaction flow experience for the client.
- Work with other RMs/ARMs and guide them to improve their skills.
