Senior Vice President - Business Compliance (15-20 yrs)

- Support CBG+ as Compliance Advisor for all regulatory requirements or compliance issues.

- Support the product approval and governance within regulatory framework for CBG+

- Represent Compliance in all governance forums.

- Partner CBG+ in their business initiatives to ensure the regulatory expectations are met and drive compliance risk management.

- Manage the business stakeholders' expectations within the Bank's governance & compliance framework.

- Support the Compliance department / CBG+ / Bank during the regulatory inspections and drive the compliance of the supervisory observations made by RBI and/or any other directions in both letter and spirit in a time bound and sustainable manner.

- Report Board / Senior Management / CBG+ on regulatory developments.

- Liaising, managing, and maintaining efficient relationships with regulatory authorities.

- Driving any assessment/scrutiny required for driving the compliance culture/objective.

- Lead the team driving the compliance agenda, and be responsible for the team members' growth & development.

- Support the Compliance function with the activities / projects / the responsibilities for compliance issues as entrusted by Head-Compliance or Chief Compliance Officer
