Area Credit Manager - Large Corporate (7-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess CAM notes and financial models submitted by the Business Team.

- Prepare credit notes and financial models with accurate information from various sources.

- Structure transactions within internal credit policies and regulatory frameworks.

- Analyze business, promoter, industry, and financial risks for each transaction.

- Identify key risks and provide mitigation strategies along with sanction conditions.

- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including P&L and balance sheet movements.

- Work extensively on Excel-based financial modeling and cash flow analysis.
