Vice President - Technical Business Manager (15-22 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Define governance and engagement model to prioritize, monitor and improve services and processes

- Build and maintain a Business Management Service Catalogue, with appropriate SLAs/OLAs, etc.,

- Manage stakeholders and establish active communication plan throughout journey

- Process mapping and a passion to drive towards globally consistent processes

- Documentation of SOPs for processes, where they don't exist

- Plan and implement process transition from global/regions to Shared Service team

- Oversee the "run phase" of processes transitioned

Skills & Experience :

- In-depth understanding of Business Management services that support running Technology and Operations in Financial organizations

- Exposure to Financial Management, Workforce Management, Vendor Management processes

- Ability to handle global projects such as Group Structure changes, driving transformation / innovation of services offered by BM Shared Services

Desired Skills :

- Hands on working knowledge of ITIL Service Transition methodology .

- Process mapping methodology and tools such as IBM Blueworks, Lean Six Sigma etc.

Desired Credentials :

- CA / MBA from a premium business school

- 15+ years in a Business Management Role / Shared Services Function
