Finance Head - Liabilities & Transaction Banking (15-24 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Leadership: Provide leadership in financial strategy for the Transaction Banking & Liabilities unit, aligning with the bank's overall objectives.

2. Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, ensuring accurate AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and performance metrics.

3. P&L Management: Oversee P&L for the business unit, ensuring accuracy in revenue recognition, expense allocation, and profit margins.

4. Costing & Profitability Analysis: Drive costing, profitability analysis, and cost optimization strategies to enhance business profitability.

5. Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate, timely reporting of financial results and performance to senior management and stakeholders.

6. Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal controls for the business unit.

7. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

8. Business Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to provide financial insights, support strategic decisions, and drive growth.

9. Risk Management: Monitor and manage financial risk, ensuring efficient use of resources while minimizing risks.
