Head - Finance (15-22 yrs)

Our client is the industry leader in authentication services in India, with a large client base ranging form MNCs to Large Indian conglomerates to Banks, and governments across the globe.

Job description :

- Major focus on Corp/Business finance with engagement in funding, investor relations, IPO, billing & collections.

- Financial reporting: Preparing and presenting financial statements and reports on business activity

- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with regulations

- Financial decision making: Supporting management in making financial decisions

- Risk management: Assessing the risk of investments and conducting risk management

- Budgeting: Approving or rejecting budgets

- Data analysis: Analyzing financial data and market trends to increase revenue and reduce costs

- Team management: Supervising employees who work with budgets and financial reports

- Working with operations: Working closely with operations, especially revenue operations

- Implementing finance tools: Implementing finance tools associated with accounting, invoicing, billing, and expense management

Some requirements for a Head of Finance role may include:

- A master's degree in finance and accounting

- 15+ years of experience

- 8+ years of management experience

- Sound experience in Corp/Business finance with experience in funding, investor relations, IPO, billing & collections.

- Budgeting and risk management experience

- Leadership and management experience

- Self-assured in presenting results to a group
