Job Description:

Position: Head Finance.

Job Location: Vile Parle (Mumbai)

Qualification: CA Final

Exp: 15 Years and above. (Male Only)

Note: Candidates Must have exp. in infrastructure companies

Relocation candidate will be considered as well.

Roles & responsibility:

- Formulation of financial strategies & provisions for the projects undertaken for EMD as Bid Bond (Tender submission), Working Capital Limit, Term Loans with Banks & NBFC's & Bank Guarantees and LCs.

- Strategic financial adviser to the Leadership and Management Team, providing sound advice, guidance, and information on organizational performance, risks, and opportunities, best industry offerings.

- Provide Financial advice to Management & CFO towards latest banking amendments and best industry offerings.

- Support CFO in Financial Plan preparation to increase Profitability & Margin.

- Liaise with professional advisers as appropriate, ensuring compliance with statutory bodies' requirements.

- Drive the finalization of financial modeling aligned to the overall business model and review assumptions for any modification.

- Manage & Directs timely and accurate evaluation of monthly cash flow forecast statements and identify deficit funds.

- Review and approve Bank Account Opening / Closing/investment options/borrowings/application for Credit sanction / LC requirement /Credit Rating Agency Submissions and share it to the CFO for review.

- Review and approve the proposal for Opening/Closing the bank account.

- Reviews and provides approval on proposal and forwards the proposal to CFO for investment options/borrowings.

- Help team to develop financial and tax plans to ensure optimum utilization of working capital.

- Co-ordination with GST Department for arranging tax invoices.

- Preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly submission of documents and coordination for bank audits.

- FDR Accounting, Monitoring and Reconciliation, BG.

- Debt / Loan re-structuring: Avoid NPA & protect the company from NPA.

- Evaluate monthly cash flow forecast statements and identify deficit funds.

- Reviews and approves the application for Credit sanction and sends to CFO for review.

- Review the LC requirement and authorize the LC.

- Verifies BG Agreement with respect to coverage, tenure, Terms, and conditions etc.

- Ensure complete utilization of Bank limits / Credit facilities within the stipulated terms & conditions.

- Consolidates the details received and computes fund availability along with the cash flow requirement to arrive at a net deficit/ surplus of funds.

- Review of documents submitted to Credit Rating Agency.

- Development of team, training the team on a fortnightly and ensure optimum utilization of resources.

- Liasioning & maintaining Banking Relations to get the Bank Sanction proposals certified & renewed.

- Lead meetings with Banks & NBFC's towards the organization's best interest eg., interest reduction, fresh requirements, etc.

- Complete ownership to monitor revenue and expenses to maintain a profitable bottom line.

- Lead & develop the team through training and knowledge-sharing.

- Meet department-related budgetary requirements (manpower, operational).

- Identify/develop/institutionalize/adopt digital solutions for existing SOP.
