SAP Consultant - Syniti ADM Module (6-14 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Lead and/or participate in SAP data migration projects using Syniti ADM, from planning and design to execution and post-implementation support. This includes :

1. Understanding and documenting client business requirements related to data migration.

2. Developing data migration strategies and plans.

3. Configuring and utilizing Syniti ADM software for data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and loading.

4. Creating and executing data migration scripts and programs.

5. Performing data validation and reconciliation.

6. Troubleshooting data migration issues.

7. Ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the migration process.

- Effectively communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations. This includes :

1. Conducting workshops.

2. Leading discussions.

3. Presenting solutions.

- Apply knowledge of SAP functional modules (SD, MM/P2P, FI/CO) to understand data structures, dependencies, and business processes related to data migration.

- Utilize strong SQL scripting skills and experience with MS SQL Server to manipulate and manage data within the Syniti ADM environment. This includes :

1. Writing complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.

2. Optimizing SQL queries for performance.

3. Working with stored procedures and functions.

4. Syniti ADM Proficiency

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Syniti ADM architecture, functionality, and best practices. This includes experience with :

1. Object Designer

2. Data Mapping

3. Transformation Rules

4. Validation Rules

5. Workflow Management

6. Reporting and Monitoring

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to data migration processes, including technical specifications, data mapping documents, and user manuals.

- Collaborate effectively with other team members, including functional consultants, technical developers, and project managers.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP and Syniti technologies and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 6-14 years of overall IT experience.

- Minimum 3 years of experience with Syniti ADM (formerly BackOffice) in SAP data migration projects.

- At least one full SAP implementation project experience.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end data migration processes.

- Knowledge of SAP functional modules (SD, MM/P2P, FI/CO).

- Proven client-facing experience in gathering and understanding business requirements.

- Strong SQL scripting skills and experience with MS SQL Server.

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with other data migration tools.

- Knowledge of SAP ABAP.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

- Certification in SAP or Syniti.
