As on date, SkillSonics possess 43,000+ Hours of Rich Technical Content across Conventional and Precision Manufacturing, CNC/VMC Manufacturing, Mechatronics and Automation, Fabrication and assembly (manual and robotic ), IoT and Service skills for Healthcare etc.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1- Content Factory: Managing content team for developing customized Training program and preparing full content.
2- Business Analysis and Requirement mapping: Be a part of the client Industry and their Manufacturing team to understand their competency gaps and skilling requirements.
- Direct the Content team to design corresponding Training programs and delivery methodology.
Process Improvement:
a. Understanding Client Manufacturing processes.
b. Training need analysis of manufacturing resources
c. Setting of processes for delivering customer centric solutions with high quality, thereby achieving set expectations
d. Building training solutions for skilling or upskilling
e. Lead end-to-end delivery process and deliver presentations.
3- Design and develop Centre of Excellence / Skill training centre for technical skill development
4- Build proper assessment methodology
5- Manage pool of Technical trainers and be the final custodian for Delivery of training.
6- Ensuring attainment of skill enhancement and corresponding improvement in manufacturing productivity
7- Building relationships with upper-level decision makers and business partners.
8- Review value of new techniques/ industry trends related to training and development.
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
Candidate Profile:
Education : BE/BTech or ME/Tech with 15+ Years of experience in -
a) Plant Maintenance and Engineering, Manufacturing line management.
b) Designing Technical Training across multiple Industries,
c) Content development,
d) Trainer capacity development and Training delivery
e) L&D for manufacturing competency development.
Work Experience Minimum 15+ Years of experience with 10yrs+ in managing teams.
Languages: English.
Knowledge of Hindi and one South Indian Language would be preferred.
