Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

- Centre Head will be responsible in supporting training, mobilization, placement and over all administrative activities of the centre at Client site.

- Will be responsible to run a smooth training centre with discipline & seam less client delivery.

- Candidate will be responsible for client coordination, collaboration, liasoning with key stakeholders, and purchase of training material and preparation of report and analysis for smooth Operations.

- Should have experience in handling teams and training centres/similar institutions

Preferred Qualification & Background:

- Diploma / BE in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering Degree is required.

- MBA would be a plus.

- Experience of 8-10 years in shop floor with core manufacturing companies with hands-on experience in Centre management & operations

- Should have good communication, problem solving & presentation skills

Preferred skills and qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent

- Strong in team management & Problem solving

- Ability to communicate in Marathi & Hindi
