We are looking for a dynamic and experienced COO to join our team and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless functionality across all departments.

- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives.

- Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.

- Lead efforts to improve processes, productivity, and efficiency in all aspects of operations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and suppliers.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

- Lead the operations team, providing mentorship and guidance to achieve company goals.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as COO or in a similar senior operational leadership role.

- Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, finance, marketing, and supply chain.

- Demonstrated ability to strategize and solve complex operational challenges.

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. MBA is a plus.
