Job Description
Proven working experience in project management in the IT sector on various banking systems.
Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in Project implementation of Retail Liability of business
Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in Project implementation of Retail Liability of business
Functional expertis on Retail On-boarding
Experience in implementation of different Retail Onboarding systems like Newgen , Service Now .
Strong technical background and experience in consulting roles
Hands on knowledge of API exposure to DB
Good knowledge of Project Managment Tools like Jira, MS office
Strong documentation effective communication skills
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility of the systems.
IT program/portfolio management, Stake holder management, business analysis, strategy, vendor management IT governance.
Process improvement experience bridging business and IT in various facets of Banking.
Ability to work in Waterfall, agile Hybrid frameworks and to educate team members and stakeholders.
Understand SDLC BRD, FSD, prepare Project/Program Plan, Idenitify and migitate Risk, Issues Dependencies.
Ability to draw consensus from stakeholders across the board and drive decision making
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Status reporting to various stakeholders (Product Owners, Senior Leadership, QA Teams, Cyber and Software Security and Performance testing teams)
Should Understand Transaction Banking Group domain
