About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Channel Partner Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing relationships with our channel partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in partner management. The Channel Partner Manager will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that our partners are well-supported and aligned with our business goals. You will be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth through our partner network. Additionally, you will provide training and support to partners, helping them to effectively sell and support our products and services. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with channel partners.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners.
  • Provide support and training to partners to ensure their success.
  • Manage the performance of existing partners and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions.
  • Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts.
  • Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives.
  • Measure and report on the performance of channel partners using metrics such as sales and revenue.
  • Resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel.

Key Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in channel management or sales.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.
  • Strong problem-solving
