Associate Director - Product Management -B2B SaaS - Skillpad

Job summary:

• Product Conceptualization- You will ensure conceptualization keeping a platform and a long-term view with a problem first, data-driven, and test & iterate approach.
• Innovation: Overseeing the innovation and improvement of the business s product as well as the day-to-day product activities in such a way that ensures that the product is constantly growing to suit the consumers needs.
• Constantly mapping and researching and innovating next-generation and highly progressive Sales generating products and features and business viability of the same.
• Setting and reinforcing product goals: Actively monitor key business metrics and adjust team priorities as appropriate to deliver on financial and customer adoption goals.
• Collaboration: A high level of collaboration with different departments and different levels will be required. Work very closely with the engineering department, design, sales, marketing, and other business-enabling functions to deliver the business s product into the market.
• Growth-Driven User Insights and competition analysis in the CRM and Sales generating products
• Product/Market Evaluation: Responsible for spearheading market and competition research and analyses on the product and the product market.

Experience :

• Minimum 8 years of experience working in Product Management roles.
• B2B SaaS experience is mandatory
• Mandatory B.E/B. Tech in any streams like Electronics & Comms, Computer Science, Electrical
• Preferred MBA/PG of any discipline like Marketing, Business, Economics, Operations, Information science, and Technology
• Problem Resolution: Apart from identification, responsibility to resolve strategic issues, which potentially impair the whole department s ability to meet the product s financial, strategic, and technical goals
• Leadership and influencing: Coach & mentor PMs, APMs, and/or Product operations.
• Timely deliverables on the product need directly aligned to business goals and metrics
• Building quality products and solutions scalable and that have early iterations thought through
• Build the right practices to measure the team s deliverables
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach in day-to-day work.
