Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quota objectives, driving revenue, expanding market share, and acting as a lead generator in business development
Set qualified appointments with new customers to address their challenges and business needs
Conduct product demos for prospects to convert them to Ready to Onboard (RTO) customers and follow up to onboard them
Ensure sales targets are met without mis-selling or spamming complaints. Track sales productivity via account mapping, call planning, and CRM tools
Give feedback to the demand generation team on lead quality based on sales funnel and feedback from prospects / customers.
Qualification & Skills
Strong academic record with approx. 4 years of work experience and at least 3 years in b2b sales
Experience with CRM and customer funnel management in B2B. Preferred sectors financial services, SaaS / Software
Sales DNA (target orientation), attention to detail and execution focus
Understands customer requirements, enjoys building trust-based relationships
Excellent English communication skills, persuasiveness and interpersonal skills
