JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Process Analyst - TE

Reports to: Process Expert - TE

Role Type: Individual Contributor

Location: Chinchwad, Pune

Perform Travel Expense accounting according to the standard Service Description for TE and relevant work instructions. This requires handling of advances, auditing, processing and payment of travel and expense claims, and end-user support. The result is a correct payment of claims and a correct balance of TE accounts in the company s books.

Responsibilities Tasks

Audit (check) TE claims

Pre-system interface monitoring

Cash advance handling

Initiate payments of TE claims

Provide Concur reporting

Provide end-user support

Monitor TE file transfers, and solve issues (TE Spec.)

Upload employee files onto Concur (TE Spec.)

Monitor information flow and handle errors (TE Spec.)

Qualifications

Bachelor of Commerce

Accounting Reporting Skills
