Job Description :
Responsibilities :
- Monitor application health and performance using tools like Sentry to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Provide timely updates and clear communication to stakeholders regarding application errors and resolutions.
- Collaborate with developers to diagnose and troubleshoot API integration problems.
- Offer comprehensive feedback and suggestions for improving API functionality and efficiency.
- Manage the deployment, scaling, and ongoing management of applications on the Azure cloud platform.
- Maintain high standards for security, availability, and performance within the Azure environment.
- Address user queries and incidents related to our cloud applications with professionalism and a focus on resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Document support requests, resolutions, and system updates to maintain clear and accurate records.
- Analyze application health data and provide insights to suggest improvements and optimizations.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (development, operations) to implement new solutions.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance system efficiency and user experience within the cloud environment.
Technical Skills (Must-Have) :
- Proficiency in cloud computing concepts and best practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure administration and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of networking principles and network troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and querying languages.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Good to Have :
- Experience with IT support tools and ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of OpenStack or other cloud platforms (a plus)
