Role & responsibilities
Attend walk-ins, offline and online leads and convert it into sales
Cultivate prospects to drive revenue through inbound sales strategy
Work collaboratively with a professional team of interior designers to achieve ambitious sales objectives
Need to achieve sales target on projects month on month as a team member
Ensure sales funnel management to achieve a higher conversion rate output.
Target and achieve projects monthly, by ensuring new projects bookings.
Interact with clients to set up meetings and deliver them a great customer experience
Conduct sales presentations and negotiate deals with clients.
Effectively negotiate deals and bring the maximum business
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings
Maintain highest number of meetings, order book, calling TAT, quote Vs budget
Proactively solve problems even taking on additional initiatives and responsibilities
Improve profitability and develop pipeline by utilizing multiple marketing channels and sales strategies
Achieve a good Lead to Meeting Ratio and Meeting to Opportunity Ratio.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Preferred candidate profile
M.Arch/B.Arch/Diploma/Bachelor interior design/Any Graduation
Should have 4-5 Years of Experience in home interiors sales
