Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Proactively reach out to customers to address any concerns or issues and ensure their needs are met.

Job Profile: - Handling inbound calls - Providing Customer support to US Customers - Excellent communication skill with good hold on grammar - Basic knowledge of computer

Key Skills:
~ Good communication skill in English.
~ Good at computer skills
~Ready to work in Voice Process / NON - VOICE PROCESS
