Sitel Mumbai is hiring for US Inbound Customer service process.

Job Requisites:
1. Age: 20 years to 40 years
2. Minimum Qualification HSC
3. Maximum Qualification Graduates (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students)
4. Experience 6 MONTHS / Customer service industry

. (Graduate Fresher will be preferred)
5. Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken English skills.
6. Shifts Rotational US shifts starting 5:30PM - 8:30AM

(Should be comfortable to work in all shifts,Any 9 hours).

Job Profile:
- Handling inbound calls related to E-Commerce .
- Providing Customer support to US Customers
- Excellent communication skill with good hold on grammar
- Basic knowledge of computer

Other benefits:
- Pick up & drop Facility will be provided.- Centralised pick up in morning and Home drop depending on shift timing.
- 5-Days working (2 Rotational and Split offs)
- Willingness to work in Rotational Shifts

The selected candidates should be able to join ASAP and have all documents handy for background.
