Ecommerce Domestic Process( Foundever)

Position : E-Commerce CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Location : Andheri East, Chandivali

Process : Domestic Inbound Voice Process

Education : HSC/Any Graduate

Age limit: 20 to 35year

Experience: Both Fresher and Experienced.

Shift timing: From 6:00 am to 1:00 am any 9 hr Rotational Shift, 6 Days Working and 1 Rotational week off

Salary : Between 16k to 18k in hand + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance.

Responsiblityty:

- Handling and resolving general enquiries of customers.

- Handling complaints etc.

Key Skills:

~ Good communication skills, both English .

~ Good knowledge of computer.

~Ready to work in Voice Process.
