Job Title: Technical IT Site Administrator

Total Exp:6-9 Years

NP: Immediate-30 Days

Location: Pune

Job Summary: The Technical IT Site Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure of assigned site (facility) within the organization. This role involves overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems, ensuring network security, and providing technical support to users.

System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, laptops and other IT equipment.

• Technical Support: Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and resolve IT-related problems.
• Network Management: Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of network systems, including routers, switches, and firewalls at the site
• Security: Implement and ensure security measures are in place to protect the network and data from cyber threats.
• Backup and Recovery: Manage, ensure data backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team, providing training and support.
• IT Inventory Management: Ensure the IT inventory of the site is maintained and always kept up to date

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of network and system administration.
• Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge on engineering (Automotive & Aerospace) applications and licensing preferred
• ITIL or MS Certified preferred.
