SIS Prosegur - Branch Head (4-6 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Achieve Annual Business Plan targets for sales, costs, and profits.

- Drive business development in the assigned area, focusing on CIT (Cash-in-Transit) and CPD (Cash Processing & Distribution) sales.

- Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance for the branch.

- Oversee sales, operations, expenses, customer relations, administration, and financial management.

- Monitor operational efficiency, eliminate risks, and fulfill KPIs.

- Implement CSQM operational procedures and address non-conformities with corrective actions.

- Regularly inspect and ensure the smooth operation of deployed cash vans and ATMs.

- Enhance operational systems and enforce discipline through structured checks, rewards, and penalties.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing complaints and gathering feedback.

- Maintain effective liaison with local police and law enforcement authorities.

- Manage staff discipline, welfare, grievances, and legal aspects related to branch personnel.

- Achieve billing and collection targets for the branch.

- Ensure manpower optimization, avoiding excess staff deployment.

- Monitor infrastructure and security systems, ensuring their proper functioning.

- Control and review manpower and vehicle maintenance costs.

- Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

- Proven experience in branch management, preferably in the cash management/security solutions industry.

- Strong expertise in business development, operations management, and customer relations.

- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to handle statutory compliance, financial planning, and workforce management.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in monitoring operational KPIs and optimizing processes
