Cluster Branch Manager - Direct Channel - Insurance (5-10 yrs)

The role is to create a team of outstanding sales executives and effectively lead, manage and coach them towards achieving sales targets.

1. Achieving defined number of LBS in Franchisee

2. Activate Branch & LBS and achieve desired productivity from active LBS as per plan

3. Engagement & Activity Management -High engagement levels to be maintained at Branch levels with support from ISM.

4. APE - new business growth as per AOP

5. Renewal book/Persistency - maintain desired level of First Year and overall persistency across channels
