Psychological Counsellor

Job Responsibilities of Psychological Counsellor:

• Psychological counselling of all new patients- at center & Camp
• Counselling patients to understand the treatment flow and acceptance for treatment
• Regular follow up with:
• Patients due for Second IVF cycle
• Retention patients (no embryos left)
• Patients due for second FET
• IUI negative IVF advised patients conversion
• Conduct support groups
• Follow-up details should be entered into the applicable documents & software.
• Consent taking and completion in all applicable cases
• Data Management- Clinical data, appointment tracker, follow up cases & pregnancy monitoring.
• Pregnancy monitoring
• Google review from all patients
• Act as a back-up for financial counsellor

Key Result Areas

• 80 % patient conversion from designated list
• 70 % google reviews from new patients
• Minimum of 4 support group discussions a month
• 100 % software adoption
• Note: All the interactions and treatment advised to the patients should be documented in the software.
