Gnm Nurse

Job Summary:

• OPD & IPD assistance to doctors for all consultations & procedures
• Ensure medicines/injections advised to patients are timely & appropriately
• administered & documented
• Vitals of all new patients & patients starting treatment cycle or undergoing procedure
• Clinical coordination with all treatment ongoing patients. One nurse should be tagged for every patient to help them in the complete journey of treatment
• Ensure patients are explained on how to follow the instructions advised by doctor & anypre requisites of procedure/treatment
• Maintain patient file in proper manner & ensure file completeness on real time basis
• Maintain registers & forms related to statutory requirements
• Stock management- Indent & consumption. Ensure availability of stock at any give pool of time
• Strictly follow all norms of BMW, PCPNDT & ART without any deviation
• Maintain cleanliness standards in all patient care areas
• Ensure proper workflow for IPD patients
• Enter IPD notes in software
