Job Title: Support Engineer
Role:
The role involves managing and resolving IT system and equipment issues, ensuring prompt resolution of major faults through standby systems and part replacements. The responsibilities include performing repairs per manufacturer guidelines, maintaining spare parts, backing up data before servicing, and installing or replacing IT equipment. The role requires collaboration with the IT Division for troubleshooting and upgrades, while monitoring system health under AMC.
A bachelors degree or diploma in related field, along with 3+ years of experience, proficiency in Ubuntu OS or Linux, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills are required.
