Job Description

Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Grow the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organizationinternal capacity
- Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives
- Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budge
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices

- Manage data collection for updating operations metrics to achieve productivity targets
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve process and systems
- Study organization operations and identify the activities to be converted in the process
- Identify, study, and implement the industry standards for operational process
- Identify the opportunities for process automation and coordinate with IT department to implement the automation
- Oversee materials, inventory
- Management of office personnel, physical asset, and digital asset security
- Lead the new office setup satisfying company expansion plans
- Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management
- Recruit, train and supervise an operational team

Requirements

Qualification

- Minimum Bachelordegree in Business, Operations Management, or related field

- Minimum 3 years of work experience as Operations Manager or similar role

- Experience budgeting and forecasting

- Knowledge of general business software and an aptitude for learning new applications

- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

- Excellent communication skills

- Leadership ability

- Outstanding organizational skills

Nice to have

- Retired defense personal with experience in operation management

- Experience in managing operations in IT organization
