Manager - Electrical Maintenance

• The applicant needs to have prior work experience in automobile industries.
  
• The applicant must have ten years of experience in machine maintenance.
  
• The candidate must have experience in minimum two different companies.
  
• The candidates must have the basic knowledge in CNC/ VMC machines, test bed, conveyor, and cranes.
  
• He should be the most effective team player.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant electrical systems, including transformers, switch gear, distribution panels, and motors .
  
• Troubleshoot and repair PLCs (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley), VFDs, robotics (ABB, Fanuc), and industrial automation systems .
  
• Ensure the smooth operation of power conveyors, paint booths, and assembly line equipment .
  
• Maintain Dynalec & SAJ test beds, AVL smoke meters, blow-by meters, and CNC machines (Nagel, Makino) .
  
• Conduct root cause analysis for electrical failures and implement long-term corrective actions.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical codes, and company maintenance policies .
  
• Maintain electrical schematics, maintenance logs, and documentation for audits and inspections.
  
• Support new equipment installation, commissioning, and modifications .
  
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and support continuous production operations .
