Travel Desk Executive

Roles and Responsiblities:

• Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements for employees.
• Book flights, hotels, and transportation while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain a database of travel vendors and negotiate corporate rates.
• Assist in obtaining visas, travel insurance, and necessary permits.
• Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and rescheduling of travel plans.
• Process travel reimbursements and ensure timely approvals.
• Ensure compliance with company travel policies and cost guidelines.
• Keep employees updated on travel policies, restrictions, and advisories.
• Provide 24/7 support for any travel-related emergencies.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in corporate travel management.
• Strong knowledge of travel booking platforms and ticketing procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
