Job Description

: Design
Designation: Team Lead - Corporate Interiors & Workplace Design
Location: Bangalore

Role & Responsibilities:

a. Be responsible for multiple corporate Interior Design projects in totality.
b. Manage a team of designers, who will support the delivery of the designs as per the expectation of the client
c. Plan, interpret, organize, schedule, and manage design projects through all phases of development.
d. Oversee design development and establish and monitor budgets.
e. Review the designs sent to the client for quality
f. Work closely with the project managers to support with any design changes required at the construction stage

Skillset Required :

a. Knowledge of Design, Bylaws, codes, and standards, relevant to interior fit-outs.
b. Tech-savvy and have experience in successfully adopting digital and technology initiatives.
c. Work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
d. Work well under pressure and independently with minimal supervision.
e. Comfortable with traveling to handle design delivery for multiple projects across India.

Experience (Years) Required:

12-15 years of experience in Corporate/Commercial/workplace interior fit-out projects.

Qualification:

a. Bachelor s degree in Architecture.
