Job Description
- Develop, maintain, and optimize automated test scripts using Python and Robot Framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, and Product) to design effective test automation strategies and identify key test scenarios.
- Perform performance testing using JMeter and generate detailed reports.
- Create and maintain Mock Services to simulate backend systems, improving test reliability and coverage.
- Leverage AI-based testing tools to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and coverage of automated tests.
- Perform root cause analysis of test failures and work with developers to resolve issues.
- Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous testing pipelines.
- Document test processes, results, and automation scripts.
- Contribute to improving test strategies and frameworks.
Requirements
Experience and Expertise:
- Strong experience with Python and automated test scripting.
- Hands-on experience with Robot Framework for functional and regression testing.
- Proficiency in using JMeter for performance and load testing.
- Experience with mocking frameworks and Mock Services to simulate complex backends.
- Familiarity with AI-based testing tools (e.g., machine learning models for test generation, error prediction).
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Ability to write clear, maintainable, and reusable code for automation scripts.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
