Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in automation testing using Java, Selenium, and performance testing tools, as well as experience with TestNG. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality software and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, and TestNG
- Develop and execute performance testing scripts using tools such as JMeter or Gatling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and tools
- Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement
- Troubleshoot and debug automated test scripts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in automation testing
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on automation testing best practices

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in automation testing using Java, Selenium, and TestNG
- Strong knowledge of Java programming language, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling
- Strong understanding of testing principles and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
