Customer Experience Manager

As Manager Customer Experience, you will be responsible for:

Customer Transition Management:

• Contribute to the seamless transition and handover process to customers, ensuring all aspects of the customer journey are managed with precision and care.
• Oversee the handover process to guarantee a smooth and satisfactory experience for the customer, maintaining the highest standards of service and communication.

Experience Enhancement:

• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through innovative solutions and best practices from the hospitality industry.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Service Excellence:

• Implement and uphold service standards that align with the company’s commitment to delivering a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of services meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the FMS & Engineering team to ensure consistent service delivery across all customer touchpoints.
• Provide training and support to team members to promote a customer-centric culture.
