Job Description:

  • Handle communications end to end across different channels and communication platforms
  • Create and update process SOPs by aligning with different stakeholders
  • Handle communication with partner teams with respect to setting up processes and data sharing
  • Handling social media servicing end to end across platforms
  • Expertise in handling large data and analyzing trends
  • Experience in automating manual processes for process efficiency
  • Digital transformation and journey mapping
