Roles and Responsibilities:
- Spearhead all facets of HR, Organizational Development, Policies and Procedures, HR Operations, Change Management, Talent Development, Succession Planning, Talent Acquisition, Analytics, etc. across Group. Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance.
- Collaborate with the management team to build the culture and drive the company's vision and mission.
- The role will lead the development and management of the end-to-end recruitment and training processes and the implementation of best industry practices and functional innovations.
- Implement after appropriate research the best practices in the recruitment and L&D space in the market.
- Strong stakeholder management - Manage all external partners- external recruitment agencies and training vendors on our panel.
- Monitor and reduce the time-to-hire and- hiring costs.
- Steer policies & initiatives for identifying high potential, high performing talent within the organization, while providing accelerated development work assignments and training opportunities.
- Build plans for employee relations and internal communication.
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards. Ensure all procedures comply with legal regulations and best practices.
- Act on initiatives for equal opportunity, diversity etc.
- Re-engineer HR processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Prepare and Present reports for the CEO using business metrics and KPIs
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Head of HR or other senior HR roles with 15+ years of relevant experience
- MBA in HR from a reputed university/ college.
- Must have led and HR team for at least 5-7 years.
- Must have a strong understanding of best practices in HR. Must have worked in an organization that scaled up and was new age.
- Experience in strategic planning and implementation.
- Deep knowledge of HR functions (talent management, performance management, recruitment etc.)
- Ability to use metrics and analytics and present to senior management.
- Knowledge of local and international labor law.
- Great aptitude in communicating and public speaking.
- Well-organized with excellent leadership qualities.
- Strong decision-making skills.
