We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Social Media Coordinator to manage our Instagram presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with our audience by promptly handling queries, manually processing product orders, and maintaining strong relationships with our customers
Respond to customer inquiries and messages on Instagram in a timely and professional manner.
Manually process product orders received through Instagram.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and consistency across social media.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in customer service or social media management is a plus.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
