Jewel Reality is the new and innovative real estate brand of Silver Villa Constructions. We are an emerging player in the real estate market, with ambitious projects worth $20 million scheduled to begin next year. As part of our rapid expansion, we are seeking a dynamic HR Head to lead and manage all HR functions for our startup brand.

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Head who will be the sole manager of all human resources functions for Jewel Reality. This role is pivotal in building the foundation of our HR practices, policies, and culture. You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and compliance, ensuring a positive and productive work environment as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts to hire skilled talent across various departments, focusing on building a high-performing team for upcoming projects.
• Onboarding & Training: Manage employee onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires, and design training programs to enhance employee development.
• HR Policies & Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with industry standards and local regulations, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for all employee concerns, fostering a positive work environment and addressing issues proactively.
• Payroll & Benefits Management: Handle payroll processing, employee benefits, and compensation plans, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Performance Management: Establish performance evaluation systems, drive performance reviews, and set up key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.
• HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage leave policies, and ensure the smooth functioning of HR operations.
• Culture Development: Work closely with leadership to shape and promote a strong company culture that reflects the values of Jewel Reality and Silver Villa.

• Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in real estate or startup environments.
• Proven ability to manage all aspects of HR functions independently.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in setting up HR systems and processes from scratch is a plus.
