We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled HR MIS Payroll Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 12years of working experience as MIS Executive having career aspiration/willing to work in HR domain. This role is integral in driving employee satisfaction, fostering growth, and building a vibrant workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Develop and maintain HR-related reports, including employee attendance, leave records, payroll summaries, and statutory compliance.
Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports for management and decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all MIS reports.
Maintain up-to-date documentation related to payroll and HR processes.
Validate and maintain payroll data, including attendance, leaves, bonuses, deductions, and tax computations.
Coordinate with finance and HR teams for salary disbursement.
Analyze employee data to identify trends related to attrition, attendance, and payroll anomalies.
Provide insights to the HR and management teams for process improvements.
Work with HRIS systems to update employee records and payroll information.
Support automation initiatives to improve payroll and reporting efficiency.
Address employee queries regarding salary, tax deductions, and payroll discrepancies.
Assist in resolving payroll-related issues promptly and professionally
