• Compensation & Benefits: - Compensation analysis, market benchmark, harmonization, M & A experience added advantage.
• Compliances - Statutory - ESIC, PF, Labour Laws.
• Policy formulation, benefit implementation

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate with MBA in HR preferred. Must have experience: Compensation & Benefits and Analytics preferably in Manufacturing Industry. Around 10 to 15 years exp in HR.
