Business Development Associate

• Act as a technical expert for customers, demonstrating the products capabilities.
• Experience in industries such as Paper, Steel, Cement, Chemical, Power, Refineries (e.g., ONGC), and Textiles.
• Conduct technical demos showcasing the products performance against industry-leading analyzers.
• Gather customer requirements and relay feedback to R&D for future improvements.
• Manage post-sale customer relationships, ensuring they get maximum value from the product.
• Engage with industries adopting digital transformation and help them integrate condition monitoring solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities by identifying target customers and market needs.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and customer meetings.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of vibration analysis and its applications in predictive maintenance.
• Customer-centric mindset with a keen eye for customer problems and solutions in CBM.
• Ability to conduct technical demonstrations and explain complex concepts in simple terms.
• Good presentation and communication skills for engaging customers and industry professionals.
• Experience in sales, technical pre-sales, or business development (Preferred).
• BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CBM technologies.
• CAT II or CAT III certification (CAT III for senior role).

Soft Skills:

• Self-initiated, takes ownership of customer accounts.
• Result-oriented with a strong bias for action.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams (R&D, BD, manufacturing).
