Vibration Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Experience in Vibration Data collection, Data interpretation, diagnosis and trending of rotating machinery or mechanical equipment health.
• Planning and executing of all condition monitoring activities & Generating and Implementing Action Notes.
• Vibration Signature Analysis of all rotating equipments.
• In-situ single plane and multi plane balancing.
• Regularly co-ordinate with plant personals including Operation, maintenance and engineers to identify and resolve machinery issues.
• Provide basic vibration training to our own employees and Client members if required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Have Bachelors in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from accredited college or university.
• Have min 4 yrs. of experience in field Predictive Maintenance/Condition monitoring of rotating and reciprocating machines. (Vibration analysis, NDT, Thermography etc.)
• Have vibration Cat 2 certified.
• Must have analytical skills including impeller balancing, trouble shooting, problem solving, Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly report preparation.
• Train the subordinates to improve their skill level and improve team performance.
• Good understanding of machinery behavior and problems.
• Must possess excellent verbal & written communications, Strong computer and standard software experience (MS Office, E-Mail, CMS, etc.).
