Job Description
- Act as a technical expert for customers, demonstrating the product s capabilities.
- Experience in industries such as Paper, Steel, Cement, Chemical, Power, Refineries (e.g., ONGC), and Textiles.
- Conduct technical demos showcasing the product s performance against industry-leading analyzers.
- Gather customer requirements and relay feedback to RD for future improvements.
- Manage post-sale customer relationships, ensuring they get maximum value from the product.
- Engage with industries adopting digital transformation and help them integrate condition monitoring solutions.
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying target customers and market needs.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and customer meetings.
- Strong understanding of vibration analysis and its applications in predictive maintenance.
- Customer-centric mindset with a keen eye for customer problems and solutions in CBM.
- Ability to conduct technical demonstrations and explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Good presentation and communication skills for engaging customers and industry professionals.
- Experience in sales, technical pre-sales, or business development (Preferred).
