Job security - Good

Dislikes

Politics and Unfair Decisions. Worst HR Management. HR Manager has an extreme ego. The work culture in the hr department was extremely toxic. I witnessed several instances of unprofessional behavior including rude, backbiting, and disrespect towards me and my peer colleagues in the department. Constructive feedback was rarely given, and when it was, it was delivered harshly and demeaningly.
