HR Assistant

Role & responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across the organization.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

Employee Relations:

• Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes engagement and satisfaction.
• Implement and oversee conflict resolution processes.

HR Administration:

• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.

Training & Development:

• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
• Support performance management processes, including appraisals and goal-setting.
• Develop career growth strategies and succession planning.

Policy Development & Compliance:

• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.
• Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

HR Analytics & Reporting:

• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and propose solutions to improve employee retention and satisfaction.
• Generate regular reports on HR activities, recruitment, and performance.
